Wolf Munzinger (Germany) and Mr. Heinrich Becht (Germany).
Governance and Leadership:
In 1984, Mr. Wolf Munzinger was chosen as the first Principal, and Bro. Younas Lal Din was elected as the first Chairman of the Board. The Board of Management was officially established on 22nd September 1986, led by Mr. Hadiayat, Mr. Wolf, Mr. Younas Lal Din, and Mr. Heinrich Becht.
Purpose:
Bible Training Centre(BTC) was established to build the capacity of the local churches by providing Christ-centered leadership training focusing on strengthening the individual calling, character, and ministry skills of participants so they can glorify God in serving their communities. BTC offers training for Sunday school Teachers, Youth ministry Leaders, Women leaders fellowship, Outreach, Church Planting, and Pastoral care. BTC is committed to providing the opportunity of theological education through an institute named Brethren Institute of Theological Education(BITE), which was established in 2009 to train full-time, part-time, and volunteer church leaders. BTC also holds the training and camps for various age groups of people. The purpose of organizing the camps is to provide an opportunity to know Christ personally, become His disciples, and play an active role in their local churches and society.
BTC serving is guided by Matthew 22:37-39: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind… and love your neighbor as yourself.”
